They are rude and don’t want to work. You have customers who come in and they just look at you and keep on talking. Everytime i come to Mississippi the workers are rude at these restaurants. Try hiring older people.
I was passing through and it was very packed so I was hesitant to stop ...I stopped anyway because I was hungry!... Glad I did because I had my food in no time... Fries were hot and my big Mac was awesome!! Manager was accommodating and apologetic for cashier's lacking... Definitely will be returning if I'm passing through!
McDonald's customer services in Belzoni is not the best but can improve much better. I had to wait over 15 minutes just for one simple item off the menu and had to remind the Manager that I was still waiting. The Food is great though.
Order was wrong. With all that new technology and still leave out a basic menu item.
I go there to use the WIFi, and always get something so I am not using their WIFi without buying something being the WIFI is tree, also the people that work there are friendly as is the customers.
